What a new user

Chinn with 0 AP pick artist is the best user in the game currently. Kam would be but his abilities aren't as good. Darren Woodson is also a great user, on a Legends TT he's got 95 speed

I thought that usering doesnt effect catch? Did that change?

With pick artist you can hold down ball hawk and not get an early button press penalty

all u need on ur user is speed height and making sure they're a S

Didnt know they changed it or I forgot about that. Thats good to know. 

Not like I really press it prior to it being over my head anyway.

No but sometimes if I think a throw is coming I will press ball hawk and then if I let it go and try again I sometimes get a bad timing notification and drop the pick. That doesn't happen with Chinn
