What abilities to use on JT

So I managed to get Jonathan Taylor totw card today but really not sure what abilities I should use on him or which ones work the best.  I mostly use in the run game I'll pass to him in the back field about 30% of the time.  Thanks

If he can get "balance beam" def. use that.

I swear its like this years version of tank. I had it on alstott and he doesnt fall down lol

Thank you. Using it and bulldozer. He lights up quick in games.
