What ability gives the notification over an open receivers head?

I keep seeing it against me but idk what it is. It’s deff not an X factor, l though.

I actually think what you're seeing is the marker telling YOU where your opponent is going to throw.  It just seems like it's always the guy who's open, but that's bc your opponent is throwing to the open guy.  

This happens when your team has enough momentum to trigger this effect (that ambiguous meter at the top middle of your screen)

On the other hand,  you might be confused with Pro Reads.  Its an X Factor, so it's not a big deal bc it almost never activates.  (Maybe one of the AKA QBs has it, I dunno).  It causes the receiver's icon to flicker when he's open.
