I have 2.5 million coins currently, any suggestions?
Doing old sets for cards that are expensive. Investing in cards that their value will increase.
really no zero risk methods. Watch or check what some of the streamers/people who really study the market do.
A lot of it is luck based like with the Campus Heroes 2 pulls or Christmas glitch. And not wasting coins. Has to be reason behind every coin spent.
Super bowl packs are kind of the move now, but it is all totally random and based on luck. Unless you invest and study the market

Pretty much this. Ill add to the last statement that I dont think Superbowl packs are the move anymore now that LTDs are out of them. I was doing AKA packs last night and lost a ton of coin. A million coins only returned 2 94s and the rest were 89s. Last time I had a couple of 96s pulls and some 93s. Profantasy packs can deliver some value with some 93 and 94 overall pulls, some even in the first round. But even those last night were returning all 81s in the first round and 87s or 88s in the second which is a huge loss per pack. TVPs right now are trash, I have not seen one person profit from them in the last week. I have watched people put in millions of training and walk away with one LTD and still lose coins. So I am focusing on sets and market speculation on future sets but again there is no guarantee these pay off either.

With the change in power-ups, the only cards I see increase in value are LTD's. Once they're out of packs, they go up until redux.
It’s considered a risk but the tvps are generally nice for me in terms of breaking even on the coins I used to pull the packs or sometimes I profit a few 100k coin or so. ive never pulled an LTD all year in the tvp pack tho

Any idea which ltds are good to invest in right now?

No investment is ever 100%, but the basic rule is to invest the night before they leave packs and sell a few days later. There are so many factors, such as actual power level of the card, positional scarcity, supply on the market, team/legend chemistries, that determine which LTDs will gain the most value. Once you get used to it you can pretty much guarantee that you won't get burned, and more often than not you will make a ton of coins.
Take the Super Bowl Hype Train LTDs for examples of good investments. They all had different things going for them that made them extremely good investments. First off, with the TVP gone they were clearly extremely rare with very few on the market even when they were in packs. Rod Martin was the highest rated ROLB in the game, was one of the best users in the game, and got Legends and Raiders chem. Jalen Mills was a top two corner in the game and got Eagles chem, which we knew was about to be an extremely popular theme team with the last Super Bowl release. Gregg was the highest rated card at RT, which is an extremely rare position in MUT. The next highest rated RT's were 94s. He also got Legends chem and great abilities.
Take King Henry and Flacco as examples of bad investments. You only start 1 QB and 1 RB, so the positional scarcity just wasn't there, and the odds of a better card coming out at those positions potentially even before the cards leave packs was way too high. Both cards are extremely powerful, but even if you bought low you would have lost coins.
It can take a long time to really get a feel for the investing side of Madden, but you will get good at it if you pay attention to the market. My most recent investment is Scary Terry very early this morning at ~520k. I love his power level and unique X-Factor for the price. Almost surely receivers who are better than him will come out soon, but every team needs three receivers and he's already better than Jefferson who is far more expensive. He's up to 600k now, and I will probably sell at 650k.
The only risk free way to make coins involves a credit card my brother.
If it we're that easy to make coins, everyone would be a Mut millionaire. It just doesn't work that way.
100% (I would bet) coin making method: Buy 74+ gold cards for under 1k. Put into a playbook...sell for 2,300k...after tax you are doubling your coin. This is a painfully slow way to make coin, but...there is almost no downside. I would recommend you spread it out (don't just do one playbook as you are then competing against yourself...folks will come in and undercut you...which undercuts all your auctions). Don't get greedy on "buy now price" (folks putting them up for 4k+) as they will sit there forever...the key to this "method" is volume (turning the cards over quick). Again...this is very painful, but...you can make coins.
