What are we allowed to roll over into Madden 25?

I watched the stream, but I was doing other stuff at the same time.

Are we allowed to roll over 3 players or 8 players or a different number of players?

And we only get to choose 1 out of all of them per pack?

Or is the Rookie Premier pack like the Pro Max pack, where we get to choose more than one?
