What changes in the game's gameplay, when the RP package ends, will it be more balanced?

I would like to know what will happen in the game, in relation to the x factor and skills, the game will be more balanced.

No reason to expect any attempts by EA to balance MUT 24 at this point. Balance comes with significant new releases or patches, neither of which are even a little likely.

It’ll stay the exact same with a lot less people playing.  Less cards being auctioned and sold which usually leads to price increases cause there aren’t many players still playing and pulling packs. Every card has crazy abilities and x factors now so that’s definitely not going anywhere. Itll still be the same vanguard/rpo schemes
