What do you run out of BNOG? I refuse to get out of it because of comfortability but have been getting absolutely torched lately - both in the air and on the ground. I cannot run zone defense at all anymore since around ~April

My set up is cover 2 base two deep safeties with doko
my sub lbs are my user 1 and Derrick henry avalanche who I make sure is is the middle hook zone and switch to a deep middle blue so it’s cover 3 basixally
cbs have pa as well as my user and big nicel
flats at 25 so it’s basically a bend dont break defense and any flats that break a tackle habe derick Henry coming at them lol

I have tried almost every formation but my defense always gets burnt. I use 4-3 , Nickle over, dollar
