If you sell them you get more value in Madden 22, but if you put them into a set you'll get the token for Madden 23. So it all depends on whether you want to end Madden 22 with a better team or if you want to have a good head start in Madden 23.

Madden 23 is over.  I did the last solo mode and got in the top 25 and played like crap.  I never got in the top 100 till now.  It’s not worth it anymore and the best players have no reason to grind anymore.

As others have said already, if you plan on playing M23, do the set. If you plan on staying on 22 for a while, sell them.

Two Options:

M22 Value Option: Sell Them

M23 Value Option; Put them into sets to get a token for M23 which can be used for an 86 OVR RP player in M23

I’ll take them off your hands for cheap. But otherwise you can nab a free 99 out of them in the sets.
