I've been playing around with different receivers, route combinations, abilities
Kinda got sick of making sure every route breaks inside the hash marks to get SIE to light up.....
I like short outs, post corner routes, drags and slants are cool and I still like them but to get SIE to light up you really have to run a compressed set so that the outside WRs have time to hit the hash mark..... I'm not into running the meta...
What WR routes work for you? What do u like to run?
I really like route tech (discounted of course) on next gen. I just prefer being able to use whatever route I want and having a better chance of getting open. Once I get Edelman from MOTW and finish the Boldin objectives I’ll have RT on all three receivers

I do too....I think those qualify as mid out?
I have RT on all my WRs. AJ tribute/D Hop/Olave/Edelman/Irvin and even on Kelce. I sometimes run Boldin out there because I love big strong WRs but I won't put RT on him for 2 AP when he'd be my #4 WR at best and that's too much AP on a #4.
On A.J., 1 AP , I have Route tech and mid in elite sometimes Deep in elite. The problem is, if he's split wide it is hard to get the time for him to break on a middle or deep in route ...posts , crossing, etc. unless I motion him closer.
On D Hop, 1 AP, I have RT and SOE. short out elite is kinda cool because I can run quick outs or slants and then let him go to work but against hard flats or man that isn't always great
Edelman - 1 AP - RT, slot-o-matic (I think slot and RT might be redundant and may not stack-not sure) but it is a combination of SOE and SIE from the slot
Olave - 1 Ap - RT, DOE - I got sick of running routes that qualify for Short In , so I have DOE on him
Irvin - 1 AP - RT, SOE - not my favorite combination for him .
Am really playing around with these. Honestly, the biggest problem I have is that I don't like to run gun tight or compressed sets so it makes it hard to get any of the "In"-breaking abilities to light up.
