What does refresh mean in the snow store?

Define refresh

The amounts you can purchase go back up to the origional amount. For example say you buy all 20 small presents, next release you will be able to buy 20 more, etc

A lot of the presents and players you can buy have a maximum amount or limit to how many you can buy.  Those limits will reset on the days shown.  So you can buy a 93 BND player now and another one when it resets if you want go that route as an example.

Yes this is what will  happen.

NONE of these promo currency stores/options/etc have ever reset.  I don't see this changing now.

REFRESH - new cards added to be pulled
RESET - counter goes back to the maximum

The types of cards you can pull in the 93 ZC champ will REFRESH with the new cards each drop, but will NOT RESET back to a purchase limit of 1, if you're already bought one.  This  has been the same promo after promo, and the same question is asked promo after promo.  

EA could always change this, but I doubt it.  The store even says now "refresh".  

I wouldn't be using snow to buy players if you wanted to potentially get someone else later in the promo.  I would even assume the gifts won't reset, and only be refreshed w/ the new presents on the 12th/22nd or whenever the shop tag says.

The presents say they refresh 3 times, but we know from the reveal stream there is only 2 more batches of presents going out. This would make it sound like the store will refresh with new packs to buy and not with new items in packs. Also there has never been a tag that says the pack will refresh before, so you can't compare it to previous times because this has never happened. Another thing is many people online have interpreted it as there will be a new batch of packs and with EA already making things clear about the size of presents being mislabeled, I feel they would've said something about that too.
