What happens to the solo XP from older promos (Most Feared, Harvest)?

If I play them now, does that convert to XP for the current field pass?

Solos dont earn you xp this year, any stats you earn would go towards the current field pass but that is it.  You would  also earn any extra awards associated to the solos but some may not be relevant Anymore.

So for example, the Harvest solos offer 750+ Harvest XP. Do I not receive anything in return?

No. Harvest Field Pass is done, you get nothing for it, and it doesn't convert to XP anywhere else. All you get at this point is coins and cards when you earn enough stars.
