What is the difference between specialist and motivator for the new 97’s

I am looking to get one of the new 97’s, but have no clue if they are the same or different EDIT: just realized that there is skilled too, but is skilled different from any of them

the motivators are boost for the Flux players

the specialist is the same card with discounted abilities 

and the other one is just better stats with none of the other two.
