Literally EVERY single person I play online now is using this cover 4 quarters defense all of a sudden. Does everyone just watch the same youtube video at the same time or something? What is it?

I use it out of BNOG currently. Not sure of the current meta or anything. I just use plays I like and aren't too bad. BNOG C4  is pretty solid.

Match is improved this year, cover 4 is also the easiest defense to switch stick out of. Also offense is super easy which has a lot of people playing prevent style coverages and trying to force people to score in the redzone where it is most difficult. Didn't need youtube to find that out.
