Russ grimm is the best option if you’re a passer (secure protector for 1 and post up for 0). Ezra Cleveland is better if you’re a runner (secure protector for 1 nasty streak for 0)

Unicorn is good at TE, i think theres only like 1 97 ovr fullback but big dog is a 98 there I’m pretty sure

If you run a lot with your qb i‘d suggest switching to Vick or McNair. I’ve used herbert to and he doesnt have the best explosiveness. His top end speed is solid tho

Does the player have to be 97 OVR or can it be higher?

I would suggest TOTY George Kittle, GGV2 Delanie Walker, or UL Pete Metzelaars.
