I know EA most of the time screws the community over but which one would be good to get when we are able to get it at the end of the pass? the 91+ pack or the guaranteed 94 pack?

94! even if you’re MUT rich. a 94 can give you back 400/500k from a player you already have which is sellable.
just aim to pick someone who will have longevity. I.E. a WR, DB, O-Line.
A HB or QB is always a really risky choice as you only really have one starter, and a new QB or HB will come out in the next week that you’ll want.
