I got lucky enough to pull the 97 LTD Joe Flacco yesterday, and I don't know what abilities to put on him.
I put PLE, fearless, and HRM on him for 4 AP. he has slinger 1 so he doesn't need gunslinger
I'm running: PLE, HRM, and Fearless for 4 AP on him.
If you don't use HRM, either go with just PLE and Fearless for 3 or PLE, Fearless, and Gunslinger for 4 (though not necessary unless you want a slightly better deep ball release)
