my favorite team is the seahawks and last year i used them for a team but this year i dont know what team to use should i use the seahawks again or should i just pick a different team to use.

If Seahawks are you favorite team and none of the other theme teams stand out, then go for Seahawks. In my opinion, Titans is nice but missing CBs. Vikings and Ravens are some top tier teams right now. I was thinking about Bears myself as they have a pretty good team this year compared to other years. I settled on Chiefs with a filler at RT and SS because they have a lot of legends and they’re good IRL. Typically if you want to keep a theme team long term, considering their current day state and their all time team can help you decide which is best for you.

Personally, its a little biased but I truly believe the pats tt is the best true theme team in the game (screw legends theme team). You have hands down the best DB room in the game, Deion, Mike Haynes, GIlmore, Jon Jones, Revis, Ty law, D Mac, Lawyer Milloy, etc. The Qb i run is garappolo who is a beast, we have a stellar wr core with Moss Ocho and thornton. Now we have a 94 Cordarrelle at HB TE is Hunter Henry with free te apprentice and casper is the 2nd TE. D line is decent and Judon and Casilias are beasts. I cheat at all my o linemen but they have one of the best o lines for a theme team in the game. I'd go pats.

Legends aren't the best anymore at all. Not sure why people just run with that narrative. You can build much better teams and then fill in the weaker positions and you're getting +2 instead of +1 on some of the best players in the game right now. For example I have a Niners TT but at RT I have Ogden, C is Creed. QB I use Rodgers. Offensive skill position guys are Moss (95 spd), Rice (94 spd), Johnson (95 spd), CMC (94 spd), Kittle (92 spd).
Defensively You have Norton (94 spd) and Warner (92 spd) at MLB. Corners are Deion, Tariq, then I have Stokes as SLCB (doesnt take chem slot). DTs are Adams and Thomas (who is very good with inside stuff BTW because block shed doesnt matter anymore.) RE is 91 Bosa and LE is Taylor but you just put him as Rush LE so he doesnt take up chems. SS is Chinn, FS is Woodson (91 spd). SubLB is Isiah Simmons, doesnt take up chem slot.
So when the weakest points of your team are 91 Bosa with Edge Threat, and 86 Laken Tomlinson (who you could cheat around if you use Jimmy as QB) and Kittle with 92 speed, and you're getting +1 to Moss, Deion, and Johnson, its pretty easy to put a team like that above the Legends TT, and this isnt exclusive to the 49ers TT at all, there's lots of good teams you can build to be better than Legends.

Me I would go with your favorite team that's what I usually do. It might not be the best tt but still fun to play with your favorite players/ team

Bears is a interesting one right now but pretty much everyone saying Vikings,Pats,Raiders, Ravens is right cause they get alot of love. Anything but the overplayed Legends team.
Most importantly use players you may enjoy ingame or IRL cause that makes it more fun.
