Weekend content (Legends, ULs, etc) always goes live at around 10:30 AM ET
Weekday content (AKA Crews, WWs, etc) always goes live at around 1:30 PM ET
Always = if it isn't delayed thanks to EA's incompetence lol
(I think that's like 4:30 pm and 7:30 pm kiwi time... please tell me I'm not crazy far off and don't look that stupid rn lmao)
