What to do with UL tokens?

I want use them on one but should I wait? When 99s come out hopefully they get better abilities.

100% wait my guess base 99 UL's will start this weekend.I have over 200+ and i'm Holding for the set

Im at like 118/125 needed...besides buying packs will they release more challenges ? I saw they said there should be enough to do it twice but I havent even gotten to 1x yet!  Thanks!

Buy packs, do sets, complete each group of new weekly UL challenges to earn more UL tokens
