What to upgrade with 1.5m - 2m coins?

Started playing a couple days after Christmas. Building up my coin stack with challenges/h2h/store offers. Who should I upgrade with 1.5m - 2m coins?

I've been looking at Carmichael for an upgrade at user.

Offense is usually bunch str offset and defense is almost always dollar.
