What's better on pulling guards if you had to choose one, Puller Elite or Nasty Streak?

Puller if its for pulling. I don’t pull alot so I prefer nasty or post up

If it’s specifically for pulling then puller elite. but unless you’re running trap, counter, and power every play, Nasty streak would probably be more beneficial on an every down basis So they can work their way to the secondary and beyond

I put both on my guards (and I have NS on all my linemen). I run alot of plays where they pull, so I find both essential. More and more are getting one or the other for free, so it's easier to run both now. In the case of NS being free, Agile archetypes are preferred as they get PE for 1ap, so you can run both for  1 as opposed to 2ap. Yanda gets both for free (and then gets Post Up for 1), so he's almost a must for runners IMO.
