There are. You agree to EA's terms of service while playing the game. The TOS forbids trading between accounts, which is a form of coin distribution.

Plenty of cards will tank in price on Easter Day. This usually happens but this is now guaranteed to happen thanks to the glitch this morning, so don't buy or sell anything till then.

Definitely wait for Easter. Market will be at rock bottom prices for a lot of high end cards if we can avoid the game being glitched like it was during christmas.

If TOS forbids trading between accounts, then why would they have a trade block?
