Strategy item I assume? Probably the Free Agency one if all you need is speed and acce. that said, if you are running a lot of Super Bowl cards it’s probably that one Since it speed boosts your SB cards and had other boosts for the whole team.

FA is the best, simply because of the +1 speed to all players. The superbowl does boost more stats, but ultimately speed it more important.
