I’m just curious who has had the best luck dealing with EA or which is the best avenue on getting EA to respond to a glitch I’m dealing with?

Long story short went to remove the 98 Gronkowski from the powered up version to andd him to the Ken Stabler set and the card disappeared from my collection. The card CANNOT BE QUICK SOLD. While talking to a live chat agent he said I sold my card back to EA for 3600 training-lies!!!- I did no such thing . Nothing about it makes sense and I would love my card back but nobody is responding to me. It’s been 2 weeks btw.
