what's the process for requesting pre-order content on gen other than you started on?

i think i'm caving and going back to old gen.  current gen is just miserable for me.

i just loaded up old gen and the only pre-order content i got was an 80 loyalty card, but no josh allen, no pts etc...how do i go about getting the pre-order content for old gen?

Kinda in the same boat. All my free stuff is on the new gen and im playing on old gen and staying but want my shat to transfer over already.
