For under 100k, you could pick up Warren Moon.
If you have the coins or are willing to save up. Joe Montana currently costs about 380k, and he should last you for a good amount of time.

Hahaha! This. RG3 was the same. I love throwing at someone on the numbers and the ball goes over the heads of players on the bench. Happens wen players are uncovered too……and he has giftwrapped.

I went from RG3 to vick (for TT) and he does work even though none of the thresholds changed but he does get GS.

Depends on if you can get used to a lefty QB. Also depends on what abilities you want on your QB and if you run or not with your QB. If you can use a lefty and are good with his abilities then for 200K there's probably no better QB.
I don't know if 200K can be considered a budget beast? I don't know what coin amount is considered budget
