I just started playing again today after a five month break.  I banged out all of the UL solos and took all the tokens... ended up three short of my second free 99 UL... so next week I think is the earliest.

Way more cost effective to cash in for 2 free 97s and build the 99 you want. You probably have 96s in the binder that you can't even sell. This method gives you twice as many free 99s in the end.
