When is the best time to buy LTDs while in packs?

When do you find is the time to buy LTDs while they can still be pulled in packs? Typically a 2 day window, it seems to be earlier the 2nd day to me. What are your thoughts on this?

Generally, within the first day. 
 

Weekend LTDs - Saturday around 1130 EST

In my experience you can usually get a decent price on the second day the later the better

As soon as they come Out, no later than 24 hours. They go up after 24 hours. Just don’t spend more than 500k in my experience unless it’s a game changer card.

Late on day one or very early on day two...buy noon of day two folks are scrambling and the prices go up.  The first couple hours are the worst, as folks don't know what to price them at...so they post them high.  For me...I look for around 550k...figure 200k is a good rental if the card can contribute for a month or so.
