Solo battles have always had different rewards than H2H. Yeah EA's fumbled again.

You can earn 225k, 10 packs from a 86 rp,rare strategy card,midfield and touchdown packs. You also get XP for the season 1 pass and 88ovr Trevor Lawrence who is a really good card. That's two weeks worth of rewards compared to the old system of 60k a week with 7 packs for legendary tier. So 120k vs 225k and much better packs though the old system you got more packs but they weren't very good.
