I have only pulled LTD's from TVP's and promo training packs purchased with training. I haven't pulled any LTD's or even full UL 98-99 from coin packs.
I spent over 2 million in coins this weekend in gameday and pro elite packs, rolling them in TVP's and didn't pull anything.
Are the UL LTD's in cash packs or what?
They’re just really rare in normal packs. I’ve only pulled LTDs from the TVP and I’ve probably spent over 30 million coins opening packs since I started playing.
out of out of the 36 ltd I’ve pulled all year, 4 of them came from regular packs, the rest were TVP. so yeah they are in regular packs but I wouldn’t have very high hopes for them in packs, like the person said above it’s extremely rare.
