Which QB gets the best ability discounts?

I usually use HRM and one passing ability like SFL or PLE. Fearless and GS are nice but they aren't a must though fearless is definitely worth it. So which QB gets HRM, Fearless,GS and a passing ability for the cheapest? Also I figure that if a QB gets slinger 1 then they dont need GS ?
