I'm building a TT and can choose between combine julio and Megatron, I want to know would be a better choice. Coins are also a factor.

If they can both achieve 99 spd with ur tt I would take Calvin he has size and every single wr trait

Calvin is great with the height and will get another upgrade for sure in the future!
