I want to replace ronde, cuz hes always either burnt or a pick six. Nico is the funnest option, and i hardly spend money on my oline (even though I should). My DT's could also use a major upgrade. Thoughts?

IMO, nearly everyone should be taking Andrew Thomas for that 0AP Secure Protector, he's an end-game offensive tackle. Right now, blocking on the O-line is unfortunately a pay to win game mechanic and SecurePro is the only ability in the entire game that can potentially slow down all the Unstoppable Force and Colossus style X-factors. I know this isn't the most fun option, but it's going to buy you more time in the pass game, while also improving run blocking (via 0AP Linchpin, you can run both for 0AP total). None of the other cards move the needle for me.

Marshon Lattimore isn't a bad option, i simply prefer to have Mid Zone KO on my outside corners, however he does get the Deep Zone + PickArtist combo for 1AP, but mostly Man to Man abilities, which makes him less desirable or impactful in my mind, but he's tall and fast. Those are the best two available options, based on your personal requirements, but i'd urge you to seriously consider the O-lineman, especially as BND. You won't have to think about the LT position again for the rest of the year. Match him with Rob Havenstein (Genki) on the opposite side and you've got an outstanding, end-game set of bookends for your offensive line.

problem is i took a break from madden during GK, so I dont have any elevation tokens. I probably will take thomas, but would be nice to finally get rid of ronde

I am on the Andrew Thomas wagon myself... Getting an free End Game LT with 0 SC is very rare in MUT.. Whitworth you can slide him into the RT position when you reach him..

Trent at LG

Thomas at C

GVRc at RG and Haverstein at RT.

Everyone is bnd except the RT.

Oop doesn't matter and this setup gets me a couple of free SP as well as free ID/TD/Linchpin

It's okay, you don't even need an Elevation token, you can use another Genki player (i think 93 OVR = "Low" Elevation token) to upgrade big Rob to acquire that 0AP Secure Protector. No need to fully upgrade him, as Andrew Thomas gets the same Linchpin, without pricey upgrades. Regardless, the premise still stands. SecurePro on left tackle is better than NONE. If you hope to pass the ball and play competitive online H2H, it's basically a requirement at this point.

Again, just my two cents, take whoever YOU want, or whoever you think is most impactful, but that's where i'd focus my efforts.

Thank you for preaching the gospel. We're in the end-game now, stats barely mattered before, but almost every new card that is released now will almost certainly hit the minimum required thresholds necessary to play at a high level. For example, 99 route running stats aren't noticeably better than 90 route running. If stats matter, it's merely to meet these minimums with a few rare and notable exceptions, such as speed, where 99 Speed is going to be a big difference over 90 speed, but most things do not work in this manner.

Abilities are everything. I'm also running a bunch of O-linemen OOP, put Andrew Thomas at RG, then moved big Greg Van Roten over to Center and benched Creed. I may continue tinkering, but absolutely agree this is the correct approach. Instead of look at player names, or even positions, we should be trying to match up abilities to areas of grass. Having five-wide Secure Protector is seriously game changing, IMO. Cannot repeat that enough. Feels weird to say out loud, but barely any other offensive abilities (outside of the QB) are worth the AP investment. QB first, then O-line... then everything else.
