it depends if you are using slinger on bledsoe, if you are than bledsoe if not brady. Arod and elway have the best default release tho.

If you scroll down on the right side of a player's page to the section that says player traits, you will see the QB release type. ZC Brady has traditional 1 and Ghost Bledsoe has traditional 2. I believe traditional 2 is faster, but it appears the forum post, Madden 23 MUT Quarterbacks releases- Next Gen, detailing which release is best hasn't been updated from the beginning of Madden 23. However, Brady gets gunslinger for free in it's own spot and I haven't seen anyone complain about his release while using gunslinger.

Brady with baked in gunslinger has the better release. I had Bledsoe and had gunslinger on him which is a touch faster than Brady but it is a weird sidearm motion.
