I finally figured out of how Madden's AI will cascade the backups so that I have a perfect NO FLY ZONE secondary on the field all the time. It's a feeding frenzy. Who's in yours?

How did you get 93 Chinn to a 97 OVR? I run a TT with strat cards and no way could I get Chinn to 97
If you run Legends and Washington you can't be 40/40 or 50/50.
Do you at least have a screenshot from the console so we can see the chems, OVRs, etc?
I have Calvin, Revis, Ty Law, Atwater, Lynch, Sean Taylor, ZC Ted Hendricks , NTL, Haynes, Kam, Woodson...that I rotate. My secondary is basically a 96 OVR , my D is 95 OVR....I moved on from Chinn because Hendricks is the best user in the game and Sean T is also amazing at SubLB.
Deion and St Juste really don't play very consistently as free cards; seems to be how EA set the free cards up this year. Deion is easier to beat this year than he has ever been in Madden. I get Fuller for the TT.
I run mostly press man, so I sometimes swap Calvin to FS and run Slay or another press man CB instead

Also, as long as they are in your lineup somewhere you don;t have to let the AI "cascade" them - you can sub in for different formations.
If I ever go 4-3 because the O is running a 2-2- or 1-2 set, I will swap Sean T in at FS, change out my CB's....in Nickel over I will move Calvin to FS and put a man press CB instead....etc.
On 3rd and 4th downs I keep Seymour in because he gets 0 Ap D rally but on 1st and 2nd I swap around my DTs ....you can get the hang of quick subbing in once you get used to it
All that being said, you are still gonna get Agg'd on until they fix the game, no matter who you have. Unless Present # 2 is a 6'9" TooTall CB......I got 3 of those so I am hoping it is something like that! The best way to stop the passing game is with the pass rush though, this year. Make the O make quick reads and short throws. I got ETE and DON on one side, ET and DON on the other, El Toro in the middle....all for a total of 4 AP. That's where press man can work well
My DBs suck rn, but once I have evryone after I open my presents and sell them it'll be
