Actually watched the whole thing and man, some of these guys act like complete clowns. Grown men and they are yelling and turning red over a videogame.

Thought i was the only one who felt that way. Guy really embarassed himself and showed his true colors. I used to like him but i hope he gets smashed again in the MCS
EA dont care, their only concern is “where credit card”
I agree with all of you guys. We could have ran a better round table! But again like @Mishkabigcat stated, "EA does not care, all they want is your credit care.
Oh yea by the way, Dubby said that Season 3 Darren Woodson is the best SS in the game. I guess he won't be getting 94 ovr Troy Polamalu that was just released! LOL

the reason why he approaches it like that is because it all started w/ MADDEN FOOTBALL....... it has developed into something else and requires more development which they aren't willing to provide for, when everybody asked them for more more more they actually have cut back.
but at the end of the day dubby is right about the fact that it all started w/ a competitive football game, that's the core of the situation is that competition, then you have packs, gauntlets, challenges, all those things are something completely different, they are almost like a totally seperate part of the game and it's a tall task to try to integrate everything but they have the money to do it, they just aren't doing it.
the auction house, trading etc, almost has become totally seperate, like a trading card game implemented into what madden originally was and was supposed to be "A Football Game".
all everybody is really fighting about is "DEVELOPMENT" of the game, and they have already sat at a round table as executives at EA and decided to make cuts & not develop the game properly so not even sure what the point is to debate it anymore? they cut the gauntlet, the journey, the team thing where you play through the season and earn rewards all those extra things have been cut so they didn't have to develop it. it's really just your choice to continue w/ whats there, invest/buy as you see fit, the ball is in your court to make your own play, they already made a play, you either support it or don't. if you don't u gotta put that controller down & move on.
First of all, I think Scomo tried to do a good thing. I don't necessarily think he accomplished what he set out to do, but he tried to use his platform for good.
The thing that every one of US needs to realize is that all of the people on that Round Table rely on EA Sports, Madden, and more specifically MUT for their livelihood. They go about it in different ways, but all NEED Madden, and MUT specifically to remain a viable product. I understand that Scomo went to other Content Creators, and an MCS guy, in order to tap into their huge follower bases, in order to make the biggest splash, and frankly over 3K people were watching the stream and we are still talking about it today. The reality is that NONE of those folks has any real pull with EA Sports. Not Dubby and his "sponsored streams", not Zirksee, not Scomo, etc. If every one of all of their followers stopped playing Madden, there are still MILLIONS of folks that play the game every single day. The reality is that EA is making millions off the game as it is right now. There is literally no reason for them to do anything different, and my guess is that they won't.
For me, unless they can get at least one representative from EA to join the call, there is no real need for another Round Table. Otherwise it is just the same dudes all looking out for their best interests.

Dummy err Dubby a clown and should go play Regs then this ain't Madden 98 anymore.
Nothing will change. Their business model attacks addictive personalities and it works.

at the same time it's a football game though, you could take away all the menu/challenge sh*t and the game still exists, not vice versa, you should think about that.
The business model is predatory. The barrier of entry is extremely high. Unfortunately, EA keeps taking parts of the game out, this makes it hard to enjoy the game to its fullest.
