Why are 95 NFL Draft players (NOT Draft Past) so expensive? It seems like they all sell way higher than other 95 OVR players. Even Draft players that then got a Rookie Premiere card--whose Draft card should then basically be of no more value than the market rate for training--are still expensive.
Is it just because it is one of the last couple promos of the year? Or can these be used in sets for Rookie Premier to get M23 tokens? Or what's the deal?

I see the Low NFL Draft set now. But with a limit of 2, after you've completed that set twice, they don't hold any special value, right? If I'm not mistaken, you can't roll up these NFL Draft cards to 97 or 99 players, because the sets for the higher OVR NFL Draft cards use NFL Draft PAST cards... Right?
