Why are all my streaks overthrows?

Someone please explain to me why so many of my streaks are overthrows? If you do not use the precision modifier it doesn’t lob it far enough. If you do use it you have to barely press up on the left stick And even then the chances of The receiver just throwing his hands out missing the ball is super high. im Talking no under pressure, feet planted. Anyone have tips on how they throw streaks? Setting on the precision passing? Thanks in advance

Just keep practicing

Sometimes high throw/precision passes are just going to sail on you, especially if you’re throwing up and away, and there’s nothing you can do about that but this shouldn’t be the case majority of the time.

If usering the catch, you have to make sure you’re running straight to the ball and not veering off as this can cause cause the pass to sail.

At first I thought it was my usering so I let the computer do it and same thing. Appreciate the response

What is the deep acuracy on your QB?  What about deep route running on the reciever you are throwing to?  I also think if you high ball a streak it is usually overthrown.

I would not say high balls are usually overthrown. I highball my streaks probably 90% of the time and they might not catch it every time due to Route and Zone KOs, but the passes are on target more times than not. I think it just comes down to getting used to when you should let go of the left stick as well as when to let go of your pass button.

Who is your QB and what abilities do you have on him

Maybe check you settings for Precision Passing! You can adjust the Radius for the Free Form

I’m talking about lob passing. Like when you have a fast guy being covered by someone slower so you put a lot of air on it.

It could be the precision passing settings, set it to "near" so you don't overshoot your WR. I saw a few MCS Bolw players actually do this. I also think Burrow's deep balls aren't great and without gunslinger maybe the release Slinger 5 is winding up on deep lobs. Have you tried with another QB?
