Why are CB now getting discount Lurk Artist instead of Pick Artist

Is Lurk Artist better than pick Artist?

I thought Lurk Artist was mainly for LBs but DBs could already jump animate so they didn't need lurker.

Isn't Lurk Artist a combo or lurker and pick Artist?

Why not just remove pick Artist from game and use only Lurk Artist?

I think because it's cheaper and, for our purposes, accomplishes the same thing. So they only have to discount 1AP instead of 2, which they may want to mostly avoid at this point in the cycle.
