Why can't I activate my grave digger abilities?

I'm probably the only person still using this card lol but I run a packers TT. And for some reason i can't activate his abilities. Is there a work around? I play on xbox series x if that matters.

If you are talking about from your lineup screen, hold down your left trigger and cycle through the different options from the lineup screen.

When I'm editing my abilities in my lineup screen there is no grave digger. It's acting like I don't have abilities equipped on him. I'll attach screenshots

When you are in that screen, hold down the left trigger and scroll to something other than OVR.
