I’ll just answer both for you g, I don’t pay for any ebooks because I just prefer running slightly off meta, i don’t like to run the same offensive play or formation every snap like bunch. its boring to me personally
on O, i really just run a lot of flood or bench concepts, outside runs and then work play actions when my opponent starts to heavy blitz me
on D, I have a really good user and switch stick, used to suck at usering back in madden 16 but it’s become one of my better traits hence my PSN RyyooLurkedEm. I run a lot of dollar and 3-3 cub and mess with maple zone drops and slot blitzes etc. just try to bait my opponent into throwing risky throws

definitely not a pro caliber player, but i would say I’m above average, I’m probably more of a youtuber type level, have beaten quite a few youtubers like slayin and tokenasty in online h2h/ranked
edit: still get clapped up every so often though. madden is a momentum game for sure, some days you’re hot, some days you can’t make a read to save your life

Definitely been there.. had times I just pack it in because my reads are off and it's just not my day. I prefer to be off meta myself, have had a hard time settling in a defense I like but right now I'm liking nickel 33 odd. I run empty the majority of the time which I've had those professional streamers or whoever laugh at me for this but I don't play this professionally or with that goal in mind.
I'm doing well in legends these days on h2h fwiw, running into players who would've felt impossible before. Now I'm saying "damn they're good" and finding myself winning those or at least keeping it close..guess I've improved lately. I'm still a scrub.

oh man i’d hate playing you, empty is the worst, doesn’t matter who i cross man or what zones i play, there’s always some seam or crosser open. Empty is a really good way to play if you make good reads, i dont use it as i bait my opponents with the run and PA. run game is ass this year but it’s the offence i’ve always ran. probably 75/25 pass/run ratio for me
