Why certain players don’t have cards .

Hi all ,

I’m relatively new to the site so I apologise if I’m going over old ground ! 

I know it’s probably an image rites issue but I just wondered why certain players don’t have cards in the game ? 

Im not sure it’s an issue with current players but there are so many ex players missing .

Devs are lazy and rather put out like 17 cards of one guy than have a large spread of Legendary HOFers

Yeah they don’t have the rights for every player every year. It does seem like they’re recycling more legends than usual this year though.

Well, yes and no, some they don't have rights for, some they are saving for later in the year, some they forgot about, and some they just want to only do next year it seems.
