Gun-monster formation where there 's only 3 O linemen lined up in the middle so your base defense is spread out by default which leaves you open for the run. If you try and change your base d you're open for a screen. Very cheesy play. And i've never seen that formation in an nfl game.. is that even allowed?!!

click R3 and then base aline. brings all your linemen in to a base formation and doesn’t match the offence. THEN, put the CB in man coverage on the screen or user that area with the cover flat corner

It's a double screen, so if you user one side, you can just throw to the other

Pretty sure i have seen that in the past, think steelers had something like this
Found it, it is called Emory & Henry formation … bit odd of course but several nfl teams tried it, did not check but guess two receivers on each side are at the line of scrimmage so in any case legit
