Because dashing deadeye is when your a throwing ON THE RUN and roaming deadeye is set feet outside of the pocket

Correct but you only need to stop for a second to set feet for roaming.

Lol if u release right trigger before you throw u get the deadeye cuz its glitched

Roaming s glitched and better, just let go of the trigger and it always lights up
