antitwisted said:This is just ridiculous at this point...as if defense doesn't already have enough issues, now everyone you play against is doing motion/cheat plays that screw up your entire defensive alignment pre snap regardless of zone/man/match etc..seems base align and removing auto flip prevents this as far as I can tell, and maybe there's more that can help or whatever, and for now I'm still playing so maybe I'll figure out something else too...but I guess now I HAVE to do base align to deal with this? Or maybe someone else has input how to deal with this. But regardless, I shouldn't involuntarily have my guys moving across the field when I didn't tell them to, and there needs to be a way to completely shut that off. Am I missing something here?
Is motion being seen as cheese now or am I misunderstanding this post? You should know the difference between default, base, and man alignment.
Been running the Niners playbook since early access and I run plenty of the motion plays in the playbook just because I feel I’m running the Niner offense from real life. You should be expected to adjust your defense if your opponent is using motion for majority of the game. If you think you can stay in one coverage all game, you’re gonna get cooked.
