Why does my opponent have a 99 speed Henry?

Playing a breakout draft game and my opponent has an 82 overall Henry with 99 speed, 99 strength, 99 COD and 99 AC.  How is that possible?

I doubt he is 99 speed.  Just a numbers glitch

nah i got him in 1 draft, he was just blowing by everyone,  he was cruising
