Why is my qb spinning on qb draws

So correct me if I’m wrong here but the play art  has the red arrow just moving forward on the qb draw play selection . I snap the ball thinking I’m going to run forward and the game has my QB turning left immediately and by then  time it’s too late I’m sacked.  What am I doing wrong?

Do not move your QB immediately, delay moving the QB for a second after you snap and you'll run forward without the spin.

qb draw was too effective so they effectively nerfed it
