No. It will go back up, but not completely because of the promo. The 99 Brady will go out of packs once that goes live. Right now, people are buying packs in hopes of landing that Brady. As a result, they are cheaply selling the other cards they are pulling. People will start buying training once those LTDs go live, so all the cheap cards will sell out and the market will go back up.
