I doubt it because 96's are still current, but if you get 97 legends this coming weekend and no reduxes this week then I could see it. I'd guess we see reduxes this thursday along with TVP return with the final release of the playoff promo. In that case we'd only get the 95's.

At some point im sure he will… probably 1~2 weeks after 97’s release
