over 2 million coins, no inside stuff, 4 ap momentum shift that does absolutely nothing at all. why is EA  scared to stop the run I don't understand it.

Momentum shift wipes your opponents zone progress and apparently is the counter to X Factors. Definitely not useless.

Momentum Shift cancels X factors, even Unstoppable ones, so yes. It is very useful, albeit expensive for his 4ap one

What makes it worse/or better whichever way you look at it, is you can sub him in on offense in a goal line package and he will extinguish the Defensive Xfactors from being active and need to regenerate. Alot of work as I watched a streamer test it today, but there will be meticulous people that will do it

this was in the back of my head cause I remember Howie long can be subbed at tight end last year

people can still have effective runs without it the o-line still mushes dudes out the way.

Sad we have to use shit like this to stop magical x factors from activating. Should give us a special move too like NBA Street used to do. What was it, Gamebreaker? when you used it and your team did magical shit

All you have to do is sub the Bo bros out for 2 plays while it’s lit up, and do it every 8 plays lol, it is useless

No counter stays if you take Bo out, essentially all it is, not having Bo’s for 2 plays out of every 11. And for the cost of 4 AP, an X factor slot and a cool 2.5 mil, that is a major waste. Although lurk artist on a dt is a low key fantastic ability, if they paired it with inside stuff for free, it would be much more appeasing.

It's not completely useless since it creates a chess match of when to sub in/out the Bo's and Perry. But yeah it doesn't seem like it's a complete counter to xfactors either. Running one aka/light it up and one combine of your preferred xfactor might be the best way to play around it.

Yes, wipes pre-lit progress. Definitely not useless.

It’s honesty pretty funny at this point. It costs 4AP for an ability that will wipe the zone progress/lit x-factors of on field opponents. On the other side you could spend 3AP and have 3 Angry Runs players to rotate around the activation of Perry.

The players that have perfected their toxic run games will have little issue working around this ability. Meanwhile EA is collecting more $$$ and possibly regaining more interest by fooling the community into thinking they are offering a reasonable solution for shutting down the run.
